    You own all images and assets you create with Alpaca to the fullest extent
    possible under applicable law. For free users, Alpaca may use the generated
    images to improve its services.

  <Accordion title="Is my data used by Alpaca to train its models?">
    * **For Paid users**: No. Your data is never used by Alpaca to train it's own
      model or for any other purpose. This applies to any data you upload as well as
      any data generated with Alpaca. If you downgrade to a Free plan, we still will never use your data uploaded or generated while on a paid plan.
    * **For Free users**: Yes, Alpaca reserves the
      right to use your data to improve it's models.
